Installation Management |
|
An integral part of PAS’ service portfolio is installation management. Installation management through PAS predictably includes the construction, assembly and start up necessities for any piece of PAS equipment. Where PAS differs from our competition is how we undertake the process. PAS’ number one focus in getting our equipment up and running for you is to minimize the impact of the change over on your distribution schedule. The first step in our installation management process is analysis of current production schedules. By evaluating what you need to be able to store/ship while your system is being installed, PAS can adjust our installation and construction schedules to work with those goals instead of bringing your warehouse or distribution center to screeching halt. Equally important to the PAS installation management process is the guaranty of PAS quality. Our installation teams check all delivered components before construction begins, confirming that 3rd party components meet with the original specifications and that our own components have not been damaged or lost in shipment. As components are checked they are staged to increase the efficiency, safety and overall quality of installation. Site prep, safety procedures, construction personnel and equipment are all managed by PAS leaving you to focus on your business. Even though we have developed our installation management protocol to be as “hands off” for our customers as possible we understand that many business owners want their own teams to understand how our systems are put together. As an optional service PAS has therefore included training in the assembly, set up/ alignment and disassembly of our systems. Our team will work side by side with yours every step of the way to guide them through the process from start to finish. |
