In a word, PAS’ systems are designed for simplicity.  Our lean approach to custom engineered pallet based automated storage and retrieval systems, ensures the easiest maintenance and manufacturing processes.

Achieving this level of simplicity requires precision planning and relentless attention to detail.  Precision is guaranteed through our Project Management Process in which engineering is Phase II and consists of the following four milestones.

Design

Design does not begin, until you have established the benchmarks for a design with the aid and expertise of the PAS Executive Management team.

Using the latest in engineering design software, PAS systems are custom designed around the floor-plan and environmental conditions of your facility with your supply chain goals as the benchmarks for success.

Develop

Once the initial design is complete we go though it again to ensure that any and all potential space has been utilized, that the system is optimally configured for the fastest most efficient storage we can deliver and that all of your requirements are met or exceeded.

Specification

Certain that we have engineered out all potential weaknesses in the foot print of your design, we test and establish the specifications of our systems with advanced computer modeling techniques designed to illuminate potential material weaknesses and absolute structural limitations, as well as determine the maximum throughput capacity of your configuration.

Drawing Release

The engineering team will then present our work to you and the PAS Executive Management Team to ensure that it is exactly what is needed for your business’ future success.

Upon approval, manufacturing begins.
