PowerStage™ is a high speed flexible pallet delivery system designed to operate either independently or in conjunction with a PowerStor™ system. As the name implies, PowerStage™ is PAS' answer to automated load staging. Controlled by PASWare™, PowerStage™ stages outgoing shipments without error and at incredible speeds.

The combination of flexibility and performance creates for a more versatile and superior alternative to traditional pallet conveyor systems.

Configuration Options:

• Side by Side Track Layout – a track design on one level, close together or separated to meet a customer layout requirements.
• Over – Under Layout – a track design for the most compact conditions where one track is located vertically over the other track at any distance to meet the layout requirements. Pallets are transfered to levels via Vertical Shift Devices (VSD)
• Curved or Straight Track Layout – either side by side or over-under track layouts can accommodate curved or straight track layouts or a combination of both
