Available through PAS is a comprehensive set of engineering and design services.  Capable of meeting the needs of any customer in any industry, our engineering and design services team custom designs the implementation of every PowerStor, PowerStage and PowerBuild system we build.

Our design staff is comprised of professional mechanical, electrical, software and controls engineers using leading CAD and modeling packages.

Design Steps

PAS follows a structured data driven approach to our design process: 

Step 1:  Collect the Data & Evaluate Solutions

We start with our site survey questionnaire that provides the basic information about a customer’s operation.  A CAD drawing of the facility is necessary to develop the best-fit solution for the specific conditions.  Based on the data collected, PAS is able to evaluate the correct application of our technologies.

Step 2:  Site Visit

It is important for our experienced engineers to visit the customer’s facility to get a full understanding of the operation and operational conditions.  This allows PAS to apply our experience to those real world conditions.  The original data collected can be refined and used in the next step of developing a high level concept.

Step 3:  Develop High Level Concept

From the collected data and site visit experience, a high level concept including CAD drawings and budget pricing will be prepared.

• Scope of Work definition – PAS and others
• Throughput and System Capacity Estimate
• Estimated Implementation Schedule

Step 4:  Final Design

Our team will develop the final implementation design. The team transitions from design to installation and allows for a quick, seamless project completion.
